
The Gralian Dementia Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged seniors affected by dementia. We focus on providing access to assisted living, housing solutions, and financial assistance to support their well-being.
The Gralian Dementia Foundation serves the residents of Shanta and Humboldt County. The foundation is designed to help the under privilege seniors of our community who are suffering with dementia and have little resources to secure a safe and healthy living environment. We assist with individual who have little income with few family and friends to support them.
Our mission not only impacts individual and families but also contributes to a broader understand of dementia, ultimately striving for a future where those affected receive the dignity, respect and care they deserve.
We promote awareness, provide essential support such as a safe and healthy living condition for those with low income. Education for families, guidance with legal support and medical insurance. Collaboration with medical care for their dementia and other medical concerns. Resources through volunteers on many aspect that are prevalent with daily living.
